No deliveries or collections will take place until full payment has been received by The Cotton Mill.

Returns and Repairs

In the event of an item been damaged to defective, we will strive to repair the unit speedily. In the event we believe the item cannot be repaired we will replace it. This will be done solely at our discretion.

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Only furniture ex stock is eligible for a full within the 7 day period. If you are not happy with the quality we will undertake to rectify the issue or exchange your product

REFUNDS

The Cotton Mill strives to uphold the highest quality standards on all furniture that we manufacture.

Custom made furniture is not eligible for a refund, however get in touch with us and let us know what you are not happy with and we will try our utmost to rectify.

All items bought ex stock are eligible for a 7 day full refund. Delivery and collection fees are applicable

Refunds are processed within 5 working days once items have been returned.
